Set up your business phone number
Get a dedicated number for calls and texts that's separate from your personal phone.
A dedicated business number lets your whole team make and receive calls and texts without using personal phones.
- 1Open Phone or Settings → Phone.
- 2Provision or connect your business number.
- 3Calls and texts now flow through the Phone and Message Centre.
If calls or texts stop working, a red 'phone service may be down' banner will appear — contact support right away.
