Using the Message Centre

Two-way texting with customers, all threads in one inbox, with sorting and unread filters.

The Message Centre is your shared inbox for two-way text conversations with customers.

  1. 1Open Messages from the sidebar.
  2. 2Pick a conversation to read the full thread, or start a new one.
  3. 3Use the Sort dropdown (Most recent, Unread first, Needs reply, Outgoing, Rebooks, Referrals) and the Unread-only toggle to focus.

A customer you just texted appears at the top of the inbox even before they reply.
