Issue a refund

You can refund a payment from the job's Payment History — in full or part — and reverse a tip independently of the base amount.

1. 1Open the job and find Payment History.
2. 2Click Refund on the payment.
3. 3Enter the refund amount and any tip to reverse, then confirm.
