Understand job statuses
Scheduled, On My Way, In Progress, Finished, Paid — and what each one means on the schedule.
A job moves through statuses as work progresses. Each status has its own color on the schedule so dispatchers can read the board at a glance.
- Scheduled — booked, not yet started
- On My Way / In Progress — tech is en route or working
- Finished — work done; may still owe a balance
- Needs Invoice — finished and owed, invoice not yet sent
- Paid — finished with a $0 balance
