Invite customers to the portal
Give customers a self-serve portal to view history, pay invoices, and book again.
The customer portal lets your customers view their job history, pay open invoices, and rebook — reducing back-and-forth for your office.
- 1Open a customer's profile under Contacts.
- 2Use the 'What's next' chooser and select Send Portal Invite.
- 3The customer receives a secure link by email or text.
